The production technology of all kinds of newsprint paper and packaging paper from thermo-mechanical pulp is a continuous process, starting from debarking and chipping of paper wood into technological wood chips on the line of wood chips production at wood preparatory unit, the main components of which are debarking machine Cambio (Italy) and drum chipper  Pallmann (Germany). The chipped wood chips are accumulated in a closed wood chips warehouse and then delivered to the thermomechanical pulp department by a system of belt conveyors through the wood chips sorting.
Production of thermomechanical pulp is carried out using RTS-TMP technology developed by Andritz (Austria) using the main equipment of this company. Thermomechanical pulp is subjected to bleaching with hydrogen peroxide.
Paper production is carried out on BDM 526 paper machine produced by CJSC “PetrozavodskMash”  (Russia). Papr cutting and winding into rolls is carried out on PRS produced by Italian company “A Celli paper”. Packaging is carried out on a packaging machine “Pizzolato” (Italy). Preparation of chemicals is carried out on the equipment of Procoat and CJSC “PetrozavodskMash” using Procoat technology.
The technology of production of other types of paper is also a continuous production, which begins with the slushing and grinding of the purchased fiber (wood pulp, wood fiber).
Paper production is carried out on PM2 Shklov paper-making machine, manufactured by Papcel, a.s. (Czech Republic). Cutting and winding paper into rolls is carried out on the PRS of Papcel, a.s., paper packaging – on TUL produced by Chinese company Chaint. Preparation of chemicals takes place on the equipment of company Papcel, a.s. according to Its technology.
Production of any paper is characterized by high water consumption. For preparation of industrial water and industrial wastewater treatment, the enterprise has a site for the collection, preparation and treatment of waste water, which allows to get high quality industrial water and waste water. Equipment and technology are provided by German company Häggert Elsässer.
Paper production is waste-free, and wood waste, such as sawdust, wood chips, bark, and partially sewage sludge, are burned in the enterprise’s solid fuel boiler-houses. Steam, generated by boiler-houses, is used for production needs.
Cogeneration plants run on natural gas with simultaneous generation of electricity and steam.
All equipment of the enterprise has a high level of automation and mechanization.
